Chanteil is awesome. So knowledgeable, kind, skilled and genuinely caring. She listened to the history of my skin conditions and past treatments and explained her plan for me in great detail. She clearly had an incredible depth of knowledge in Skin and Skin Care and I was immediately comfortable with her and her plan of treatment. I was very comfortable during the PhotoFacial (MUCH less discomfort than I had with IPL/ PhotoFacials in the past) as she worked and talked to me about what she was doing and what to expect. Also, I really appreciated the eye protection which in the past was a cotton ball on each eye.
My post treatment was as she explained it would be with quite swollen checks and redness the day after, much resolved on day two and looking awesome with additional bonus of resolved dermatitis symptoms by day three. I am using only what she prescribed with great success so far. Totally satisfied and HAPPY. So glad I came!
